As a real estate professional, Sunny brings over 20 years of worth of experience to the Lower Mainland Real Estate Community. Striving to achieve his goals has always come naturally to Sunny as he was a competitive cyclist at the age of thirteen and later in his teens, he started a profitable comic rental shop from his bedroom. Throughout these endeavors, Sunny found he had a niche to help others in need regardless of their situation.

Sunny has gained a wealth of experience by working in strategic, demanding, extremely stressful environments such as the Department of National Defense as an Infantry soldier and as a Director of Operations & Business Development Coach. Sunny has also worked in high-volume Hospitality, Office, Retail, and Industrial environments with a proven record of dealing with budgets, leases, new construction, opening and supporting over twenty concepts and implementing many lean processes.

Sunny is known to be a people person, a great communicator, and a natural leader who leads by example. He embodies the never give up or quit attitude in everything that he does.
Besides traveling, Sunny spends his free time volunteering by coaching start-up businesses with lease management, Financial proformas, Food Safety & Sanitation plans, cost of goods, procurement, and overall operational support.
